Children’s Birthday Parties Newquay

Birthday parties at Lappa Valley are available throughout the year.

Our fabulous parties cost £17.25 per child and include the following:

• Each paying child guest can bring one adult guest free of charge and the birthday boy/girl can bring two! (any additional adults charged at standard entry fee at the time of party)
• Day ticket for entry to all open facilities at Lappa Valley (morning entry available if your party room booking is for the afternoon, or vice versa!)
• Lappa Valley birthday sticker for the birthday child
• Delicious party food (menu choices available upon request)
• Personalised certificate for the birthday child
• Choice of morning or afternoon for exclusive 2-hour use of our party room in The Engine Shed
• VIP access to the Engine Shed Soft Play.
• Self-print Lappa Valley party invitations
• Lappa Valley’s Birthday Parties are for a minimum of 10 children.

Food allergies or dietary requirements? No problem!

All our food is prepared fresh in house, which means we’re able to accommodate most dietary requirements. Just drop us an email on info@lappavalley.co.uk or give us a call on 01872 510317 to discuss how we can help.

• We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. We will then ask you for the final numbers and food selections 5 days before your party date. We will then send you a final invoice which will need to be settled at least 3 days before your party.
• Our morning time slots are 1030 – 1230, and afternoon are 1400 – 1600. These times are your booking in the party room. You and your guests have access to the rest of the park for the day, so if you have an afternoon booking you can arrive as early as you wish – and if you have a morning booking, you are welcome to use the park facilities until our last train.
• There is a full list of train departures from Benny Halt on here. Please advise your guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before your train departure time.
• If you arrive earlier than your slot, we are happy to store anything you’ve brought (presents etc.) – just ask a member of staff.
• The names of all your guests will be at the ticket office – so if anyone runs late, don’t worry –  they will still be able to get in independently.
• When you arrive for your slot in the party room, please let a member of staff know you’re here and they will show you where to go.
