Our large sit-down cafe has space both indoors and a large outdoor decking overlooking the boating lake! Situated in the same building as our exciting multi level soft play area, children can let off steam whilst the adults can refuel in comfort.

This is a great space to enjoy delicious homemade food including traditional breakfasts, hearty burgers, perfect pizzas, sandwiches and wraps as well as a tasty menu for children too!

There’s plenty to drink as well ranging from our freshly ground bean to cup coffee, a selection of teas, as well as soft or alcoholic drinks.

Situated next to some undercover seating a pleasant outdoor seating space, The Crib Hut is great for grab and go items, including a range of filled sandwiches, pastries, freshly ground bean to cup coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks, a range of sweet treats and of course, a day out at Lappa Valley is never complete without one of our delicious locally sourced scoop Ice Creams!

Did you know…? – The term ‘Crib’ is a Cornish phrase used by Cornish folk to describe a tea / lunch break. When a miner went for crib, they went to the crib hut. Other places may know it as canteen.

When you start your day out, our ticket office has a range of cold drinks, crisps, ice creams and sweet treats for you to take with you to enjoy whilst waiting for your train and once you are at the park, our Gift Shop also stocks cold drinks, ice creams and sweet treats too!
