Please note that Memberships cannot be used for admission to the park during special events, including Father Christmas at Lappa Valley and our Fireworks Spectaculars.
Under 3s are FREE at Lappa Valley, therefore do not need a Membership.
Memberships are valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase and valid for admission to Lappa Valley on standard days from the date of purchase and is valid for the named person on the pass.
The pass will display a photograph which must be a true likeness of the named person on the card, if purchasing online a photo will need to be uploaded.
If the photo uploaded is not of sufficient quality to identify the named person, entry may be denied until a new photo is provided.
Sharing of passes is not permitted and is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
If the Annual Pass is used by anyone other than the named person on the card it will be cancelled without refund or compensation.
The pass must be presented to gain entry to Lappa Valley. Failure to present the pass may lead to entry being refused.
Supporting ID may be required.
Please be advised that the ‘winter season’ commences in October and runs through until the end of March. Lappa Valley will only be open on selected days during this period. Please see our website for full details of any closures.
Please be advised that during the aforementioned winter season, not all areas of the park will be open.
In purchasing an Annual Pass you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
Annual Passes are strictly non-transferable.
Annual Pass holders are subject to the same rules and regulations which apply to all visitors of Lappa Valley. These may be subject to change at the discretion of the Management.
In purchasing a child Annual Pass, consent is given for a photograph of the child to be taken and retained for identity purposes.
In order to receive early-access booking to our special events, and other membership benefits please ensure you have confirmed you are happy for us to send you marketing emails.
Annual Memberships purchased by Direct Debit
Annual Memberships purchased by direct debit are purchased via our payment processing partner, GoCardless Ltd and will appear on your bank statement monthly as ‘GoCardless Ltd’.
Payment will be debited from your bank approximately 5 working days following you signing up to the mandate, subsequent payments will be one month following that date for the duration of the mandate.
All payments are subject to the direct debit guarantee, this can be found on the GoCardless website and will be issued to you upon purchase.
In the event of you missing a payment, a late payment fee of £5.00 will be charged to your payment card.
If a period greater than 14 days elapses from a missed payment, your annual membership will be de-activated and will no longer allow entry into Lappa Valley. To re-activate your membership an administration fee of £5.00 will be charged to your payment card, as well as the missed payment charge and the monthly payment.
In the event of you cancelling your annual membership direct debit, your pass will be cancelled and become de-activated. Prior to you cancelling your direct debit for your pass, please inform us by email of your intention of cancellation. Should you have trouble making monthly payments, please do contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.
Should you cancel your annual pass direct debit prior to the agreed 12 month period elapsing, you will no longer be eligible to re-join the direct debit annual membership purchase scheme.
