Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor

Are you energetic, super friendly and ready to be part of something special this season? We’re looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team at Lappa Valley ensuring that we can fuel the fun of our visitors.
No two days are the same at Lappa Valley. You’ll be at the heart of serving lasting memories (and of course delicious food and drinks) to our visitors who are enjoying their day out, Whether its a quick coffee and cake before going for a ride on the train or lunch and soft play, your input will help create the seamless and best visitor experience we can.
Primary duties will be to oversee the efficient operation of our front of house area, including the till, points of sale and seating areas. When running the shift, you will supervise, lead and motivate a team of Food and Beverage Assistants to deliver outstanding service to our visitors. You will be responsible for the opening and closing procedures being undertaken and signed off, the cleanliness and restocking during service as well as maintaining high quality of presentation.
Due to our location, having your own transport is an ideal, but the ability to get to work without the use of public transport is a must.

This position is seasonal from now until end of October. There is potential for further work beyond this for the right candidate.
