Lappa Valley Membership – Terms and Conditions

Please note that Memberships cannot be used for admission to the park during special events unless otherwise stated, including Father Christmas at Lappa Valley and our Fireworks Spectaculars.

Memberships paid for in full are valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase. We will email you approximately 4 weeks before the end of your Membership and give you the opportunity to renew at the price applicable at that point.

This pass is valid for admission to Lappa Valley on standard days from the date of purchase and is valid for the named person(s) on the pass.

Upon purchase of a Memberships, a photograph will need to be provided which bears a true likeness to the holder. If the photo uploaded is not of sufficient quality to identify the named person, entry may be denied until a new photo is provided.

Your pass will be provided in the form of an email, which will be sent directly to the address used when registering. Lappa Valley cannot be held responsible for the successful delivery of this email. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your Junk email folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us immediately by email on info@lappavalley.co.uk or by calling 01872 510317.

Sharing of membership is not permitted and is in breach of these terms and conditions. If the Membership is used by anyone other than the named person on the Membership will be cancelled without refund or compensation.

This membership is not valid for special events, including admission to Lappa Valley during our Christmas events, fireworks spectaculars and other events unless stated.

Your Membership pass must be presented to gain entry to Lappa Valley. Failure to present your card may lead to entry being refused.

Supporting ID may be required.

Please be advised that the ‘winter season’ commences in October and runs through until the end of March. Lappa Valley will only be open on selected days during this period. Please see our website for full details of any closures.

During the winter season, not all areas of the park will be open.

Memberships are strictly non-transferable.

Members are subject to the same rules and regulations which apply to all visitors of Lappa Valley. These may be subject to change at the discretion of the Management.

In purchasing a membership for a child, consent is given for a photograph of the child to be taken and retained for identity purposes.

In order to receive early-access booking to our special events, and other membership benefits please ensure you have confirmed you are happy for us to send you marketing emails.

Memberships purchased by Direct Debit

Memberships purchased by Direct Debit are an ongoing monthly payment which will continue in perpetuity until you request it to be cancelled (see below).

You will be advised of the monthly price when you sign up for your membership. Lappa Valley will review membership prices every year, and any changes will be effective from March each year. We will email you approximately 4 weeks before to advise you of any price changes.

After the initial 12 months, or if the price changes you can cancel your Membership with us by emailing info@lappavalley.co.uk or calling 01872 510317 at least 2 weeks before the renewal date. Please have your Membership details to hand.

Memberships purchased by Direct Debit are purchased via our payment processing partner, GoCardless Ltd and will appear on your bank statement monthly as ‘GoCardless Ltd’.

All payments are subject to the Direct Debit guarantee, this can be found on the GoCardless website and will be issued to you by email upon purchase.

In the event of you missing a payment, a late payment fee of £5.00 will be charged to your payment card.

If a period greater than 14 days elapses from a missed payment, your Membership will be de-activated and will no longer allow entry into Lappa Valley.  To re-activate your membership an administration fee of £5.00 will be charged to your payment card, as well as the missed payment charge and the monthly payment.

In the event of you cancelling your Membership Direct Debit, your pass will be cancelled and become de-activated. Prior to you cancelling your direct debit for your pass, please inform us by email of your intention of cancellation. Should you have trouble making monthly payments, please do contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.

Should you cancel your Membership Direct Debit you will no longer be eligible to re-join the direct debit Membership purchase scheme.
