This is a very exciting message to Squirrels everywhere!

We are pleased to share that Duggee will be coming to Lappa Valley.

Everyone’s favourite big friendly dog will be making appearances throughout the day – don’t forget to bring your camera!

Important Booking Information:

This is a pre-booking only event. You must book your tickets ahead of the event online.

Please note, that Annual Members will be welcome to attend this event for free. However, they will still have to pre-book online, and your membership must be presented and valid on the day of your visit. In order to book as a Lappa Valley Member, please log-into your account on the booking system.

We anticipate this event being very busy, and regret that we will not be able to admit anyone who has not pre-booked online.

  • What time is Duggee appearing?

Duggee will be appearing at the following times:

    1100 – 1140
    1200 – 1240
    1300 – 1340
    1400 – 1440
    1500 – 1530

You are welcome to come to any of these sessions to meet him. There will be a queue in operation and we’ve limited numbers to ensure as many people as possible will get the opportunity to meet him. We ask for everyone to be considerate and respectful of others.

  • What is the time I select when booking?

When you place your booking, we will ask you to select a time. This is the time of the preferred train you would like to catch from our car park and Ticket Office at Benny Halt.

Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes before your preferred train time.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

Once booked, we do not offer refunds of monies paid for tickets. Limited changes may be possible subject to availability and to an administration fee (£5.00).

No refunds will be provided should you miss any train that still operates, including in cases of severe weather, illness or failure of transport bringing you to Lappa Valley.

  • Can I come early if I have booked on a later train?

We’re afraid not. The train times are set up in such a way to ensure as many people as possible get the opportunity to enjoy Lappa Valley and see Duggee. Please stick to the train time you selected during the booking process.

  • I have an Annual Membership. Do I have to book?

Yes, everyone will need to book including Annual Members.

People with valid Annual Memberships will be welcome to attend this event for free – but will still need to book using the appropriate ticket selection. Your membership must be presented and valid on the day of your visit.

We anticipate this event being very busy, and regret that we will not be able to admit anyone who has not pre-booked online.

  • Can I buy a Lappa Valley Membership when I arrive?

Your Lappa Valley Membership must be fully up and running, and on our system upon your arrival – so we regret that signing up for an Lappa Valley Membership on the day will not allow you access.

  • How will my tickets arrive?

You will receive your tickets and booking confirmation directly to the email address you used during the booking process.

It’s important you have this available either on your device, or printed out to present at the Ticket Office. If you sign up for an account during the booking process, you will be able to log-in and access your tickets here too.

You will also be able to save your tickets to your Google or Apple Wallets on your phone.

Please note, that being in the middle of the Cornish countryside 4G/5G internet connectivity is poor at our ticket office. We highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone or having them available offline.
